Transportation

Efficient transportation will be provided for all accredited participants throughout the event. This includes airport transfers, daily shuttle services, and information on available routes and parking. Please refer to the external links below for detailed information and real-time updates from each service provider.

Airport Tranfers

Air arrivals and departures are possible to London International Airport (YXU). Others may elect to bus in from Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Each delegation is responsible for transportation costs to the city. The FISU Organizing committee Transportation team can assist you in reserving charter bus service to your arrival and departure points Charter buses typically seat 50 comfortably with extra storage below. Please allow 90 days in advance of arrival to ensure buses can be reserved.

Shuttle service Details

School bus shuttle services will be available for all accredited participants on all practice and competition days. Buses will start approximately 2 hours before the first competition and will run until all 2 hours after completion of the last competition/scheduled event each day.

Route

Buses will be dedicated to running routes between accommodations on Western University Campus, and the competition venue.

As parking is limited at the competition venue, we encourage you to leverage this service.
